Doug has been with Tim Hortons (corporate) since 1994, starting his career as an Operations Representative in Toronto, Ontario.  Over his career with Tim Hortons, Doug has moved with the Tim Hortons Brand across Canada multiple times and progressed to many leadership roles, with his last position as the Vice President – Western Canada Operations.  Doug joined THYYC Inc. in 2015.

Andrew Marriott

Restaurant Owner / Partner

Andrew started his career with Tim Hortons in 1995 – managing Development and Engineering for western Canada.   In 2005 – Andrew purchased his first location in Chestermere, Alberta – growing to five locations in the next 9 years.  Andrew and Doug partnered in 2015 to open and acquire ten more Tim Hortons’ locations in the Calgary area in a 5 year period and continue to grow the business.

Sandra Woods Holloway

Human Resources / Property Manager

Sandra joined our restaurant group in 2016 as our HR manager, coming directly from our corporate office of Tim Hortons, where she worked as the HR manager for five years in that position.  Prior to her Tim Hortons career, Sandra was the HR manager at The Home Depot.

Sandeep Kumar

Manager of Analytics and Operations Standards

Sandeep started working at our Chestermere Restaurant at the age of 15 – back in 2007.  A great part time job going through school turned into a career for Sandeep as he held various leadership roles within the organization.  Sandeep’s passion for analytics and information technology is a huge asset to our business and is a great support to our restaurant management.

Janice Styles

Controller / Office Manager

Janice joined our restaurant group as ‘Employee #1’ back in 2005.  Coming from McDonalds restaurants, Janice was very familiar with the quick service industry and her talents as a restaurant leader allowed her to hold various leadership positions within our organization.  Day to day, Janice supports the restaurants’ book keeping and back of house financial management.

Roque deObieta

Director of Operations

Roque joined our restaurant group jumping right into a restaurant manager role, opening our busiest location - after owing his own restaurant for almost 2 decades.  A few years after successfully building this restaurant into one of Alberta’s busiest restaurants, Roque’s role was expanded to include oversight of three locations, until he entering his current role, overseeing all restaurants within our group.  Roque’s experience and hands on approach to supporting the restaurant leadership team has allowed for tremendous growth in our management teams.

Myron Huntington

Maintenance Manager

Myron started with our organization in 2019 after spending over 22 years with CMR Services in Calgary.  Myron has an amazing talent to fix anything that breaks in our restaurants.  His fundamental approach to ensuring our restaurants have fully functional and safely operating equipment is a huge asset and support to our restaurant leadership team.

Natasha Gargan

Office Administration

Natasha joined our group in 2019 assisting in various aspect of office administration working hand in hand with Sandeep to set restaurant goals and celebrate results.  Natasha’s strength’s in accounting and administration allows her to jump in and assist various departments with her flexible work schedule.

Yvette Steiner, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Yvette came to our organization after 21 years at the international firm – PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she was a partner in an audit role.  Since joining our organization in 2017, Yvette has helped manage our restaurant growth by overseeing and controlling current operating costs, managing all aspects of accounting for all of our companies and ensuring all government related reporting is controlled in house.
